Internal Transfer to Commerce II?
Hey everyone. I am applying for an internal transfer to Commerce II this year. My CA is going to be anywhere from a 7.2-7.4. Can anyone who transferred in the past tell me what mark they got before the transfer? Thanks

Guaranteed you won't get in. They only let 7-10 ppl in each year, and you need at least a 10.

Do you know someone who transferred? I'm just curious because I heard from someone who got a 7.4 and managed to get in

I think your average is good to consider in the internal transfer. However, do you have enough equivalent courses that are the same as Business 1 students taking? If you have all these courses: ECON 1bb3, 1b03, One behavioural science unit course (Psych 1x03, anthro 1aa3/1ab3, religion 1b06, pol sci 1g06, sociology 1a06), computer science 1ta3/1ma3 which i believe is equivalent to computer science 1ba3, 3 unit calculus course (6 unit calc if gr12 calc&vec is not completed) and 3 unit of stats (gr12 data mgmt if not completed), Plus if you dont have 6 unit failed course, then you're more likely to get into commerce. Good luck

Thanks Keiser I have all the prerequisites ready, and was thinking of talking to Lori Hill to get a good sense of my chance of transferring.

LOL, no. I know quite a few people that were in Soc-Sci with 8s that got in, where did you get this information? It is not true.
