Hey all SOCS members,

I'm a first year student off campus, but I didn't get the opportunity to join SOCS in first semester. Is it possible to join it now??

If so, how would I go about doing it? For example, would I meet with an exec member at the student center to sign my name and pay whatever fees are necessary??

Please let me know =)

Just go to their office in the MUSC basement during business hours.

Hi! It's awesome that you want to join SOCS! As Ryan mentioned above, just come down to the SOCS office in the basement of the Student Centre (across from the Maroons office, just down the hall from the Underground) during office hours and pay the member fee, which I believe is 20 dollars right now but is decreased after our exec elections. With signing up, we would also need your e-mail to add to the newsletter which keeps us posted weekly on all SOCS events. I hope you enjoy SOCS as much as I do

Do you know when their office hours are?? Are they posted somewhere??

there is usually an exec member in the office between 10 am-3pm each day, if there is no one there check the door for their office hour schedule and it'll ler you know when exec will be in the office
