I just completed the program application selection for Level II Kinesiology for September 2009. There is a section for a supplementary application link but nothing came up. In the FAQ section it states as follows:
"What programs require a Supplementary Application Form?

Kinesiology I and the Bachelor of Health Sciences program require a supplementary form. When you select these programs you will see a link to the form.

It is very important that you submit supplementary application forms by the deadline shown on the form."

Is there suppossed to be a link for Kinesiology. Will this link appear at a later date. Am I missing something. Can someone please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Are you switching into Kinesiology? Because I know you can't switch into level II kin from any faculty; you must start over from Kin I. In that case, you would fill out the form on this page, I think.

Thanks for your response. No I'm not transferring into Kin. I am already a registered Level 1 student in the Kinesiology program. That makes sense that anyone trying to transfer into Kin would need to complete the supplementary forms but I will double check with the Department just to be sure. Thanks again!

If you're already in Kin, I don't think you need any supplementary forms. You should be eligible to enter level II Kin, as long as you have fulfilled the prereqs + grades (see undergrad calendar).
