Life Sci Schedule Question
Hi, I was looking around the forums at some of the other first year life sci students, and I'm just kind of confused. A lot of kids are taking both Psych 1XX3 and 1X03, both Physics 1B03 and 1L03, and two or three Math courses.. Should I take both Psych courses, Physics courses, and another Math? As of now, I was planing on taking Psych 1X03, Physics 1B03, and Math 1LS3.. but I feel like I should be doing more? I'm hoping to get into the Biochem program for 2nd year

Most people are taking Psych 1XX3 because it's a pre-req for Honours Life Sci. But if you're confident that you'll get into Biochem, then don't feel like you have to take it.
As for Physics 1L03 - I'd only advise that you take it if you didn't take physics in Grade 12. Otherwise, just go for 1B03.
It looks like you've got the pre-reqs for the level two program you wanna get into, so you should be fine

Alright, thank you do you know if I should be taking more Math? or is 1LS3 enough? I know it says I only need one of 1LS3 or 1A03, but I'm just kinda freaking out haha

Unless you're planning on taking more math courses in the future (which I'll assume you're not ), you should be fine with just 1LS3.

But if you feel like you wanna take another math course, Math 1B03 is recommended for Honours Biochemistry. If you don't mind math, it's not a bad course at all. You can check out the reviews of the course if you're considering taking it: http://www.macinsiders.com/showthrea...tr=M&t=22 892

Hope it all works out for you!

If you like math sure take an entire year of calculus, that's what I did. Or take one math 1A03 or 1LS3 + math 1B03 (since b03 is recommended by the program).
