lol ranking doesn't matter at all
I ranked UofT last behind mac and queens and I got accepted to UofT life sci even after I already accepted my mac offer
so just proves that ordering your uni has nothing to do with your chance of getting into a program

Mac doesn't do that...your average is your average, period. It's really sketchy to say that an 80 at one school is a 90 at another...there's no real reliable way of determining this. As for Waterloo taking it into account, I have doubts about that too. It's like people saying you have to rank UofT #1 in order for them to consider you--they might like to see that, but you can get in even if you've ranked them lower.

Wasn't it, you have to rank UofT first in order for them to consider you for early acceptance?

I didn't rank them number 1 but I still got early acceptance

And yes there is no reliable way of saying an 80 at one school is a 90 at another, but I don't mean that literally there's a 10 percent different...I just mean that at some schools teachers/tests are tougher than at other schools so grading isn't really equal.

Yeah, it isn't equal...but regardless of what the difference is, there's no reliable way for a university to take it into account when determining who is accepted. Heck, even within a school, different teachers can grade very differently.
