Lines
If you have still not made a decision about what you would like from Tim Hortons in the time that it took for you to make your way from the end of a 20 person line to the counter, I SHOULD be allowed to kill you.
If anything, for humanity.
That is all.

I feel like I have a responsibility to inform people what the Tim Horton's staff generally does to products.
Good thing I'm not one for responsibility.
;D
[on topic: people are idiots. it's not even like you have to decide on bagels and sammiches and soup]

I always get a coffee in the morning at Timmies. Usually a medium with three creams and three sweeteners. Or if I feel particularly studious/tired, I'll get a large coffee with five creams and four sweeteners.

I used to work at Starbucks and it would drive me nuts when we were busy and there was a 20+ person line up, people could see the prices and food options, but would get to cash and have NO IDEA what they want. What was most frustrating, is that after standing in front of cash for the longest amount of time possible, they would just order a coffee and comment on how long the line is while they pay for a $2 purchase on debit.

Why do you up the creams and sweeteners?
And some people order a four-by-four which is four creams and for sugars. There is not a lot of coffee... it's all cream. lol
