What are some of the expenses while living on campus? How much money should i bring for the 8 month period as a first year student?

Textbooks, eating off-campus (it's up to you how often you want to do so!), toiletries, laundry detergent, printer paper, ink/toner. A lot of these things though, you can buy beforehand and store in your room. So it's really up to how prepared you are and how much you're willing to spend.

I really didn't spend much out of my own pocket in 1st year. Meal plan took care of the food. Toiletries/school supplies were brought from home. The only things I paid for were textbooks and events/going out with friends.
