Looking for headsets that don't hurt your ears
Looking for a decent pair of headsets that don't hurt your ears after like an hour of use.

Any suggestions?

Just unboxed it and testing it now, just using it for music atm... wow. Sound quality is amazing for first impression!

In my experience, Sennheiser makes great products. The PC350 looks like it'll be sick, Blackdragon.

A buddy of mine has two pairs of HD 555s ( http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser...surround-sound ) and they are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. You can barely feel them, and they don't make your ears feel hot like the crappy pair I have. I'd have my own if I regularly used headphones.

Wow.

Yeah, Sennheiser makes simple jaw-dropping products... and the price is jawdropping too

Sennheiser has plenty of great headphones for low prices - in the lowest price tier, Sennheiser and KOSS are your best bets. For the 2nd lowest price tier, look at Grado (specifically the SR60i) and Alessandro (they modify Grado products, and are actually cheaper for Canadians than Grados), and of course Sennheiser as well (and AKG, etc. etc.). Since I'm assuming we're all students here, I won't recommend anything above that (the stuff of fantasy).

Outside of the price, it really depends on what you listen to and how concerned you are about sound quality. Some people find that Grados, for example, have fantastic sound but fatiguing highs - so a more laid-back headphone probably suits them better.

The OP is looking for a headset, not a headphone. AKG doesn't make headsets to my knowledge.
