Looking for a music producer?
Hey guys!

I've been singing for as long as i can remember. Whether i sound good or not, thats up to you, but i've always wanted to post videos on facebook, myspace, youtube. You know the drill. The only thing is that ive only ever had this really old chat mic that i'd just goof around with. I've never had a proper mic, and so i was never satisfied with anything i recorded enough to post. Tomorrow, i'm gonna buy a Samson CO1U USB condenser microphone and actually want to start posting some covers. I play the keyboard, guitar too (oboe as well, dont see how that helps in a cover).

I'm looking for someone who knows the tech side of things, like making intsrumentals, adding effects to the track, splicing takes together etc etc. Just something i want to do for fun, so if anyone is interested, drop a lin!

if you want to blow up on youtube, you gotta cover the songs that get the most radio airplay, lol
so you're looking at rnb, hip hop, rap, pop, rock, just anything on the billboards i guess

i didn't have 10+ posts so I couldn't reply to your pm

Theres nothing I've heard that I couldn't play, but I'm not sure what you mean by knowing the tech stuff. Is it still going to be acoustic? how about an example? (link?)

I want the covers to still be acoustic, makes the time from start to finish so much faster. I'd also like to experiment with making my own instrumentals etc, been playing around with FL Studio lately.

By "knowing the tech stuff" I just mean knowing how to equalize, add reverb, synch two tracks, basic stuff. The tech stuff isn't a requirement, its defintely something we can just figure out online. I'm really just looking for someone to collaborate with.
