The property manager tried to charge me an extra $25 when my lease was up and I was moving out (APPARENTLY for some property damage in my room...there was none). I tried to confront him about this, but he was busy and actually brushed me off, so I just f*cking walked out the door, no problem! So I would say just be cautious about the management there.

something that i think is worth mentioning...there are no ceiling lights in your bedroom so you will have to bring a lamp

Would not recommend living at WVS. The management is horrible, the internet is slow, they took out the cleaning service without telling anyone, I've heard of many people having dirty rooms during move in and there are a bunch of other problems. Also, it definitely is not worth 600-700/month.

Also would not recommend it anymore. This year I guess the management changed or something but the internet was slow for several months (it did get better last week) and the cleaning service was removed. Better off looking at other off-campus housing.
