How long after submitting the new student form does it take to get your ID card?

I submitted my form in early July last year and I didn't get my card until a couple days before classes started. But, I heard of others getting theirs much earlier than that.

They tend to mail them out sometime in early August or so, so you can expect to get yours anytime in August.

if im from out of province will they still mail it to me? because they don't mail me anything else

Thats a good question, my room mate is from Alberta and hers didn't arrive in time and she had to go to the registrar's office and get a new one made for her, that might be the case with you Woodlawngirl.

Its worth a shot, you may also be able to arrange to have it ready for pick up when you get here. Give'em a call before 4pm, way before 4pm actually.
