I am a first year in social science, however i would like to transfer to kinisiology next year. I have not taken a grade 12 calculus , or grade 12 advanced function, SO will I not be able to transfer?

In general, you would almost definitely need the high school pre-requisites to be able to transfer into another program. However, the best advice I can give you is to ask an advisor or associate dean about this. I can't recall if Kin has their own advisor or if you would need to talk to the Department of Science about it. The Science associate dean's office is on the first floor of the BSB (take your first left after walking in the main entrance, it will be one of the first doors on the left). Kinesiology offices tend to be in the Ivor Wynne Center, but I'm not sure where inside.
I'm relatively sure that you can complete the course at Mac offered as a substitute for University Calculus without taking Advanced Functions.
