Good point Andrew. Maybe we should keep it to the second week back?
Feona- I know what you mean, but most commuters prefer a weekday, rather than coming down to Mac on a weekend, and I'm not sure if all GO buses run during weekends either. That's why I was thinking maybe like a 2-3 hr thing, and each person can show up based on their schedule, even for a little bit.

A 2-3 hour thing on maybe the Monday right after Frost Week would be good for me. At like 128Q or the Phoenix? Maybe at like 5-8? Or something entirely different?

I would prefer any weekday other day Monday, just because I work that entire evening. I am down for either frost week or the week after. Hopefully will make this one after missing the last two :(

I'd be good with January 14th, or later in the day on the 13th. Pretty much any day that week I think I'm good.

I still dont think you people actually exist.

I'm not as sassy and suave in real life. Without a cold emotionless computer to hide behind I lose all my super powers. That, and I am hideously introverted.

I dont know why but I have a really odd feeling the social event would conclude with Lawley beating the crap out of me. That being said it would probably be some human form of a Klingon mating ritual, but I probably wouldnt realize her intentions and just cry anyway.

oh yeah and I hope I dont get in crap from the mods for this but...

What "certain things" went on last time you guys got together?
Please for the love of god tell me, I am a bit of a gossip whore.

Oh yeah, to people who commute, just make sure you hook-up with someone close to campus or a townie so that way you dont have to miss the bus or drive home late!

To answer your question....come to the next one and fine out.

Lawley prolly wouldn't beat you. but only because she couldnt reach high enough to, even if she was on a chair. She'd just call you a douchebag at the beginning.

And if you think you're introverted IRL, you -really- need to meet some of us.

I believe she was referring to the get together organized by users where they met at the new Twelve Eighty.. not the Boston Pizza MacInsiders Social that was run by the MI exec.
