Looking for insights from current and former Commerce students. BTW I plan to go into the finance stream.

2nd and 3rd year you'll take a bunch of stats courses.

You'll take Calculus in first year, use a bit of it for one course in second year, and you probably won't see much after that.

There are a bunch of formulas you'll have to use in finance, but most of them are given to you during tests.



(Not in Finance, so can't say for any fourth year courses.)

Mandatory Calc in first, and Stats in second

Also in first you need to do another stats and calc if you didnt do the high school ones.


Then you gotta do some math in the other courses, but nothing that big.
