I believe it would be four courses - so for example, taking two 3 unit courses in term 1 and in term 2.

If we were taking 3 courses in total, could they all be in the same term?

If you were to take them all in the same term (ie 3 in the spring term), that means that you will be writing all 3 final exams within two days (or perhaps one, depending if your courses are all on one day or two).

That seems really brutal.

Load in Spring/Summer Session: If you wish to take more than 12 units in the Spring/Summer Session, or more than six units in either term of that Session, you may do so only with the permission of the Office of the Associate Dean of your Faculty.
and I believe you need at least a 7.0 average to do so
but again like everyone has said, why would you put yourself through that

There could be many personal reasons to have all your courses in one term.

The courses I wanted to take (Bio 2F03, Biochem 2EE3, Psych 1XX3) are only offered in the second term of summer school, and I didn't have any room during the school year. This option probably won't work out anyways because if they are all in the same term, the days might overlap (they do for term 2).
Thanks guys for the clarification
