MBA vs a Bcom
What is the difference between the MBA at mcmaster vs a bcom at mac? I see there is an accelerated program from the MBA meaning there must be some overlap. What are your thoughts?

I really don't know much about commerce/business at Mac, so if I'm completely off then I'm sorry But I thought MBA = Masters (ie, graduate) degree and BComm = Bachelor's (ie, undergraduate) degree.

I am pretty sure you need some form of a Bachelors degree to do an MBA. BCom is a Bachelors degree...

From what i gather the distinction is minimal. If one has a B.Com degree the MBA only takes 8 months to complete at Mac. For B.Com students the Mac MBA does not exactly add a lot of value or aid in the development of you as a professional.

You need an undergraduate degree (like a B.Com) to complete a graduate degree (like the MBA). The Accelerated MBA is only for those students that have completed a B.Com or the Engineering and Management Program.
