Yes, I think it's pretty good. I mean, it's slippery sometimes, but that just comes with the weather. They're quick to put salt down and I think it's really good that they blovk half of the stairs between CNH and TSH (to avoid falls), less work for maintenance. It can get pretty icy, though. They could look more into that.

Mac usually gets rid of snow and ice in a decent amount of time. I don't think I've ever had a problem with pathways being blocked with snow before.

My only two problems with winter at Mac are
- the floors in the buildings get REALLY slippery because the carpets by the doors barely soak anything up
- it takes forever for Mac to call a snowday. They rarely announce it before 8:30am, by which time I've already spent 2 hours getting ready and commuting to school

britb, lizziepizzie like this.

It's pretty good, it's an excuse to blend into the crowd of people wearing peacoats and whatnot.

I love blending in.

It can sometimes take longer to get to class (as it can in rainy weather, too), just becasue you have to spend time getting your scarf/mittens on and then you do have to be careful in case it IS slippery (you can't just take for granted that it's going to be fine), and then you miss some of lecture.
