my Mcmaster email doesn't work when I log in using my avenue user ID and proper password it says: Credentials not recognized.
Is this because i'm first year and this is my first time
do i need to do something before logging in ??

You are logging into student mail right? not MUSS?

studentmail.mcmaster. ca is where you should be logging in.

If that doesn't work you might need to enable your MAC ID services (although if you can get onto avenue, they should already be enabled...no harm in doing it again though)

Go to My Mugsi, then in the left side bar, click on Enable my MAC ID services.

i can get into avenue and i did enable my services before school started
but for some reasons i cant log into my mcmaster email.

Hmm that's weird. Your best bet would be to go see UTS in BSB 245, they should be able to sort you out.
