I am excited to announce that the Intropsych courses (Psych 1X03/1XX3) have been nominated for the McMaster President's Award in Course and Resource Design. This is a very prestigious award and would help to further establish their innovative teaching methods and resources at McMaster.
To supplement our nomination, we need to gather student support letters. We ask that any student who is interested in supporting our nomination submit a one-page letter to
[email protected] a by this Friday March 5th at 5:00pm. We would love to be able to give more time for this endeavour but unfortunately the timelines are strict.
If interested, relevant topics of discussion would include the web modules, overall course design, tutorials, comparisons to other courses, your excitement about Psychology and the Discovery Psychology lecture series. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions as well.
This is not limited to students who are in the Intropsych courses this year, but anyone who has taken one of the courses with Dr. Kim.
