It'll be available as an option on your payment agreement later in the summer. Just be patient, McMaster is receiving the final grades and will be processing them in time for Fall/Winter.

Entrance scholarships are no longer renewable starting in 2009/2010.

So should I wait for this to come up as an option before confirming my payment agreement or is it an add-on type thing? Thanks!

You can confirm your payment agreement as many times as you want.

No, if you have earned your entrance scholarship they cannot take it away. If your entrance scholarship is more than what you owe the school, then it'll show up as a negative balance in your student account and you can ask them to send you a cheque. You can also use it to buy books.

Okay thanks for clarifying, my friend/roommate said if you accept your payment thing before you get your award you don't get it. I thought that was ridiculous and unfair but the 2nd rule for awards confused me.

The 2nd rule?
You can confirm your payment agreement as many times as you want. So if you want your scholarship to pay for your tuition then check it off when it becomes available. If you want to have it in your pocket, then don't check it and a cheque will be mailed to you.

You can check your entrance scholarships on mugsi, you get by cheque, added to your student account or added to deduce your tuition.

It takes a while, it depends when your school sends in the marks, when OUAC updates and when McMaster receives them. You should have the scholarship available on your payment agreement by the end of July or beginning of August.
In 2008 I got mine on July 23rd.
