I recently tried to get on my account for my meal card balance and whatnot. However It wouldn't let me log in under first time user. I put my student number, my birth date, and then created a new pin which I entered the same twice. It said invalid data... wtf? Can i not see this information until September or something?

Are you sure you are entering your birthday in the right format? I know a lot of students have trouble with it.

I remember having trouble with that last year but I think they might not have updated the meal plan system yet...

I just checked to see if my money had been updated, and I still have my freedom balance from last year showing...so maybe they haven't activated first year meal plan info yet?

I seem to be having the same problem and I'm entering it in correctly.
Maybe first time users can't use the system yet?

I just checked and mine isn't working either, so it probably is just that they haven't set it up yet.
