Meals And Manners ~ Etiquette Dinner 2007
Did you know that good table manners can be the deciding factor in you getting a job or a promotion? Employers, equate good manners and the ability to feel comfortable in a dining setting with leadership and professionalism.
"You're not going to impress someone by knowing good table manners, but you run the risk of turning them off if you don't have good table manners"
- Carol Haislip, International School of Protocol
So don't be caught using the wrong fork, drinking from another guest's glass, miss placing your napkin or even worse, reaching across the table for the salt and pepper. Join me in welcoming back Lorna Somers for an interactive five-course dinner where she will walk us through general etiquette practice with a focus on table manners and the finer points of formal dining.
This event is perfect for students preparing for job interviews in the working world or anyone interested in improving their etiquette ease.
If you have any questions, concerns or dietary restrictions please bring them to my attention by email or phone, 905-525-9140 ext 26648. To reserve your spot today CLICK HERE .
