They might/might not have a different physics professor(s) in the upcoming year, so that could change the way the things were last year in physics.
Last year, we had 2 professors (each teaching one half of the course). Course material itself was not too bad and exam was much easier than the 2 tests themselves.
EDIT: As mentioned above, pathology can be a pretty heavy course and you absolutely need to keep up with the lecture notes and prepare ahead in order to get a good grade in this course.
