MFNSA Toy Drive

Every year since 1989 the McMaster First Nations Students Association has organized a holiday toy drive to help out communities in need for the upcoming holidays. This year, MFNSA would like donations to go to the local Indigenous community in Hamilton, the Lakota and the Lubicon Cree.

Toy drop-off locations are as follows:
Indigenous Studies - HH 103
OPRIG office - MUSC 229
Dean's Office(Engineering) - JHE 261
History - CNH 601
Sociology - KTH 627
Philosophy - UH 310

The last day to drop off new, unwrapped toys is December 3rd.

Additionally, Compass is recieving donations in $1 increments until December 1st.

For those interested in participating in some social activism, Amnesty has been working on defending the rights of the Lubicon Cree. hp

Last year on human rights day, we wrote some letters to David Sweet about this case and got some positive responses. : )
