mid-terms -Lect conflict ????
Ive got an evening class for Term 1. On days when we've got mid-terms ( usually wed-friday evenings), how do the evening lectures workout ?? Do we have attend different lectures for the days we have a mid-term? Accordingly i'll have to decide whether to add/drop the evening course.

thanks in advance.

If the evening course is a computer engineering course, then I think the ece department is not gonna schedule a computer engineering midterm that will interfere with your comp eng evening course.

However, if it were not a computer engineering course but an elective (ECON), would the ECON department handle it then...

Not sure to be honest, you have to ask them about that.

You might be able to get an exemption and take the mid-term early.

If it is an engineering course, they would get way too much fuss to book another engineering courses and the time of the evening engineering course .
Last time it happened to an 530-630 class they just pushed back the times and another time the teacher ended the class early.
