Ok I know this question has probably been asked and played out many times but can someone please just help me out. So i went to the codex site am I supposed to order my fridge ahead of time and it will be there when I get there?

Yes. If I'm not mistaken there should be a deadline to when you must order by, just order online and it will be there when you move in. If you wait until after the deadline, the fridge won't be there and you will need to physically line up after you move in to rent a fridge, so it's easier to follow the instructions and order before you're moved in.
