Simple question: does a minor have to be compeleted within the four year degree you are completing? What if you have to take one more course but do it in the summer after graduation or something? Curious...

It must be completed before convocation, as you "declare" your minor when you apply to graduate.

Yeah, you cannot take your last course for your minor after you graduate because in that case, they'd have to grant you your minor before you'd finished it.
