Missed Labs.
Okay guys,
I think I'm kind of screwed. I'm one of the few "lucky people" who have both chem lab and physics lab on the same day. So one day I woke up feeling a bit sick, slept in and missed both. I MSAF'd it and emailed the co-ordinators. Then, I found out about make-up week and I felt I wasted my MSAF.

And now, today I woke up late and missed my physics lab AGAIN.

That makes it THREE LABS in total that I have missed. 2 physics and 1 chem.

Am I royally screwed?

Lab "make-up week" is only for people who have MSAF'd or have a valid reason for missing the lab (eg doctor's note, funeral, etc). Sleeping in doesn't qualify as valid. So, you didn't "waste" your MSAF, although if you were legitimately sick you could have gotten a doctor's note instead.

You're not "royally screwed", you just won't get the marks for the physics lab you missed. However, if you continuously sleep in and miss things, you will end up screwing yourself over.

How is it even possible to not wake up for something as important as that LOL
But to be honest... I have this memory of missing my first year chem exam because I couldn't wake up. So my first year was a real mess.
I really want to warn you to get rid of that habit of sleeping in because the outcome is always painful.
You might not take it seriously now, but trust me, you will regret it so badly when you go into upper years (if you even make it into upper years)
