Bridges owns.
ETA: (VO) on the menu also means the item is a vegan option, you can take something off the dish and it will become vegan, just ask them how that item can be vegan and they'll do that for you.

I'm also pretty sure U of T won this in 07, and that Mac placed second for 07 and 08.

you may be thinking of a different contest, the website says that Mount Allison won last year, beating out Mac in second.

Er. Ryan who worked there before was really nice. The head chef is incredibly nice.
I only have issue with one of the chefs who keeps on skimping on things (i.e. she'll use two smidges of lettuce for chilli or for salad). Guess it's kind of obvious who it is.
I can see why they're annoyed though, especially if people are holding up the line up because they're on the phone or too busy chatting to say "for here" or "to go".

WTF?
Bridges (and actually most places on campus) have incredibly friendly chefs, cashiers etc. Bridges is a great environment and the 3 guys there and the cashiers are so nice and great. I love the hospitality services staff, especially all the cashiers at Commons and La Piazza.

Does Bridges take debit? Or are they like almost every other food place on campus and take cash only? :(

They take cash and student cards. I think everything owned by hospitality services only takes cash and student cards.
