Moving into Les Prince!
Hey I'm moving into Les Prince. Just wondering, what kind of cleaning supplies should I bring, and do you think they'll be enough room for me to bring a bedside table?

Bathroom: Toilet bowl cleaner + brush, toilet + sink + shower cleaner, a brush or rag, windex for the mirror, swiffer for any hard surfaces, and if you can find a small vacuum you won't have to lug the huge one from Commons (which is pretty far) especially in December before you leave for the winter break.

Wow. Well, I dont know if you're a real go-getter like this guy but really none of this is necessary except for the rag. Don't go have your parents spend $200 on this shit. Also you don't need to vacuum prior to christmas break.

What Jeremy listed are basic cleaning supplies; fairly important if you're sharing a bathroom with somebody or just like your bathroom clean.

While we're here can you unban Phaint please, or at least give a time frame for when he is unbanned instead of "Not yet!," thanks!

Totally thought you had to clean up the room prior to the break, but apparently that long list of stuff to do doesn't include it.

i personally like to have clean washrooms and if your sharing with a roommate its best to bring ur own things so u can keep it clean the way u want it....
i used one all purpose cleaner i used that to clean the mirror, sink, countertop, pipe, and the shower. Its best to have some sort of rag or brush to use to clean, i sometimes used papertowels they worked well. Also toilet bowl cleaner... and if u hav a roomate make sure u invest in some gloves, even if u dont have a roommate get gloves best to clean using them. i also had an air freshner.. one of those things where u can jus leav it open and it degrades to the air or smthg... that worked pretty well....
hope that helped and im sure u'll like les prince =D

I found I didn't really need a side table; just use the windowpane right next to the head of your bed. Although if you for sure think you'll need one it can probably fit depending on the size. My friend had one last year and there wasn't a big space issue.

I agree with everything listed here! I'd also mention a small hand held broom with a dust bin. My roommate brought one, and thank God she did! Dust, hair, and dirt build up on the floor just like in any house and using a wet rag to pick it up gets messy. I also have to stress the vacuum! Getting one from Commons is a huge mission!

I also forgot to mention that a bedside table is usually not necessary, depending on what you're thinking of keeping in/on it. The window sill is fairly wide and I found I was able to keep a tissue box, picture frames, glasses, cups of water, etc. on it!
