MSAF-ing an anatomy test?
I've talked to most people I know and checked the course outline...but does anyone know if you msaf a weekly anatomy test, do you have to do it before the test? do you have to email the prof? I just want to make sure it goes through properly. Also, If I msaf this, and still want to write my psych test on friday (i'm msaf-ing because i'll be out of town so I can write psych but not anatomy) can i do it? or does the msaf wipe away my attempt at it?

yes, you can msaf only the anatomy test if you want. after you msaf, email the email it tells you to email in the course outline saying that you msafed the anatomy test. nothing else needs to be mentioned. im not sure if you have to rewrite it later. the weight of it most likely goes to your final exam. double check with the prof/ta or someone who has done this

I used my MSAF last year on a weekly kin test as well, the percentage just gets added onto the final exam. Also, you can still do your psych quiz as well, it won't matter. I was in the same situation as you last year as I took psych 1xx3.
Edit: Also email the TA not the prof regarding your msaf.

i haven't msafed anatomy but you shouldn't msaf it before in my opinion, so i say msaf it Friday night or Saturday morning. this way it doesn't seem like you know you are not going to write it, because i don't think there is an option for being away, its only for getting sick. here is the link http://mcmaster.ca/msaf/
when you fill out the form just use Dr. Pincivero's email and then email him after, and email the TA ( i think her name is Adrian ).
also this shouldn't affect your psych you can still write it

There's also the option of talking to the course co'ordinator about the possibility of an early or late write, but any case, you always MSAF after the course work is missed (i.e. the day after the 'test')
