MSU Clubs Presents: Dodge! For a Good Cause

On Saturday March 7, 2015 dodge, duck, dip, dive, and Dodge! For a Good Cause with MSU Clubs. The charity dodgeball tournament will begin at noon in DBAC’s Sports Hall, as teams compete for the champion title while raising funds for ALS Canada. In partnership with Athletics & Recreation, Dodge! For a Good Cause is a special charity tournament, held annually to support the efforts of MSU Clubs.

"DODGE! For a Good Cause came out of the overwhelming desire of MSU Clubs to support charities through sporting initiatives,” said Clubs Administrator Griffith Dias. “This event is continuously growing each year and because of this, the fundraising goal for this year is set at $5000.00 in support of the ALS Society. In its sixth year, the goal of DODGE! For a Good Cause is to bring students, staff and the McMaster and Hamilton community together in a charitable initiative with a common goal - to make a difference. This charitable tournament is a great opportunity for McMaster and the community to come together and raise monies for the amazing charity ALS Society, to meet and network with new individuals, show MSU Club spirit, and most importantly – have fun!"

Here’s how to get involved:

All those interested in taking part in this wonderful event are welcome to register a team of 7 individuals (minimum 3 females and 3 males) online at http://www.IMLeagues.com/McMaster, or at the DBAC Business Office by Thursday March 5th @ 4:00pm.

All pledge forms must be submitted to the Clubs Administrators Office (MUSC 215N) by Friday March 6th @ 4:00pm.

Your club must raise at least $70.
