MSU Health Insurance
I'm not sure what exactly I should do about this, but in September I remember that I had to buy a couple of prescription meds since I was ill. Apparently the MSU Health Insurance plan has a "blackout period" during the entire month of September which meant that I couldn't get a discount right at the time I was buying my prescription. So I bought the prescription in full and I looked at the MSU website and they said that if a student buys a prescription in full, they can simply mail the receipts and prescription information to the MSU insurance provider and they would issue a refund for the amount full-time students are covered for. So mailed all of this out in late September, expecting that I would receive some of my money back from the meds that I bought (about $30 i expected), but its December and I still have received nothing. I was wondering if anyone knew what I can do/ who I can contact about this?
