How much class do you skip per week?
On average, how many hours of class do you skip each week? This includes lectures, labs, tutorials, seminars, etc.
I'm curious how I measure up with everyone else.

I probably only skip maybe 3 hours of class total a term. I only do it if I'm really sick, or tired and just can't bring myself to go to my earliest class. Its generally an 8:30 I end up skipping.
I hate to skip things I paid for. Its a waste for me to pay all this money to attend University and then skip classes.

7 hours of class. Natural disasters is useless. Immunology classes and tutorial is useless as well.

Umm, I've missed two of my 8:30 classes. One time I slept through, the other time I wasn't feeling too well. I have an utterly useless tutorial that I've skipped twice, but we get marks for going. I've skipped about 3 of my Thurs. night class because the prof podcasts so if one of my friends wants to chill I can. But other than that I hardly skip. I feel bad about myself if I don't go to class, feel like I've let myself down.

I guess that depends why you missed your bus.

Since first year I've gone to the first week of class and then never gone to a class after that unless there is a participation mark. I've preferred to focus my time on my extra-curriculars when I was able to do OK not going to class.

Yeah, sure we're paying for it, but if you can get 12's in the course without going and spending less time then why go? You're paying to waste your time.
Last semester I only skipped two classes a week (5 hours). This semester I don't really skip much, a tutorial and maybe a lecture per week.

I got to all my classes in the first week, and assess whether the professor is adding any value to the information presented in the textbook. If I'm better off reading the book (and there's no participation marks), I usually don't go. Especially if it's 8:30!
