are the steps just this?:

a) going to http://mugsi.mcmaster.ca

b) clicking MUGSI on the left

c) login with your mac id and password
d) in the popup that opened, click MY ACADEMICS on the left
e) click SOLAR on the right
f) You'll see a list of options, choose the one for FALL/WINTER

right now, its not 12:01 am, but i just tried loging in, but
i don't see any popup, although i see my academics and solar on the top.
why do we have to go to my academics and click solar from there?
or is the website going to change into that format as soon as the its 12:01pm
CAN WE BE LOGGED IN BEFORE THE TIME?
im confused, are poeple saying its hard to log in from macid or hard to click on the continue button from solar?

Uh for me I log in on left and on top there is a tab called solar. I don't know about the one through my academics but I'm pretty sure the solar tab gets you into the solar session.

You log into MUGSI and one of the options from there should be SOLAR which comes up in a pop up browser. You will probably have to allow popups from McMaster.ca in order to see it. I had my registrations last night and I was going to try to do the log in early thing, but it was already full by 11:50 lol.

I usually get errors and failed log-ins if I'm already logged in before the release time.. and I'm sure there should be a SOLAR hotlink on the main page after you're in.. the only thing I remember changing is the sub-menu inside of solar itself (link becomes accessable for the fall semester)

so that means i can't be logged in before the release time?
or can i be logged in and just wait till the release time and start clicking crazy on the continue button from the solar popup?

can you be logged in before the release time? or is that gonna make you to log out and log in again
