I took Music 1AA3 and was wondering if it was possible to do a minor in music taking music histroy courses (like music 1A03, 1AA3, 2II3 etc..)

It's possible but extremely difficulty (it's what I'm trying to do right now). A lot of the courses that non-music majors can take run at the same time, or conflict with program requirements.

This is a list of music courses that non music majors can take that I compiled.

Music 1A03
Music 1AA3
Music 2F03
Music 2I03 (not sure when this was last offered)
Music 2II3
Music 2MT3 (only offered in the spring/summer)
Music 2T03 (it will be offered next year)
Music 2Z03
Music 2U03 (jazz music, I highly recommend this class!)

You can also take music cognition classes to complete the minor, and there are three music cognition courses.

also, if you are inclined in playing music, you could also try for concert band 1234GB3 i think, its 3 credits over 2 semesters. I believe there are other bands that also count towards your credit.

I dont think it's that difficult. im doing a music minor right now and i'm only in 2nd year, i already took music 1aa3, 1a03, 2ii3, and 1gb3. That's half way though the 24 credits requirement for a minor.
