Ok, well basically you get into a group and do an essay and presentation. Its not too bad.

I am signed up for a second year Anthro course, Aztecs and the Incas, I believe the course is ANTHRO 2W03. I just recieved the course outline and it is 40% midterm, 60% final. I obviously don't know how easy or hard it is, but if you don't mind exams I guess that it's a pretty good deal.

Most science courses in second year don't have essays... Bio 2D03 is easy to get a good mark in it's just really boring, unless you like plants of course.

GEOG/EARTH SCI 2EI3 - Introduction to Environmental Issues is pretty good. I don't think there is a section next semester though. It's two midterms and a final... no essays, fairly easy content.

i agree 2ei3 is the best course ever. Dr. Padden is super amazing. you deal with issues such as the social effects of acid rain, how it impacts farmers society.. and climate issues very easy to get a 10+ though on the tests for short answers i found they marked a bit hard...I lost 0.5 for spelling :S

THE BEST COURSES I EVER TOOK IN MAC
Soc Sci 2003, 2R03, 2P03, 2J03 by Voros
Midterm and Final exams only deal with Cdn Children, Cdn women, Women and Work and I can't remember the other ones. Material is repeated from course to course A's are easy to come by but you have to wait till next year and stalk Solar coz they go pretty fast!
