I took Geography 1HA3 last year and found that it was extremely easy. There are a few assignments you have to do which shouldn't take too long to complete. Its fairly easy as long as you hand in your assignments in on time.

Geography 1HA3 assignments involve a lot of writing so if that is not your strength I wouldn't recommend it. However, I have taken all first year environmental science courses and they are all easy and do not require a lot of work, so if you are willing to sit through a few boring lectures it is definitely worth it.

Math 1LS3. It's like grade 11 math. Four tests and an exam, but the lowest test is dropped.

Communication Studies 1A03, if that Sevingy guy still teaches it. You can get an A without studying or doing more than an hour of reading (the whole term combined).

Anthro 1Z03 - it depends on your work ethic... but if you keep up with readings and understand it all, and memorize some of the material, you're good to go for the midterms/final.
Linguistics 1A03/1AA3 are both easy as well, just keep up with the assignments.

Indigenous Studies 1AA3.
I'm in 1A03 right now, doing well.
