The house in question is 43 Sterling Ave. It's a 5-10 minute walk from campus with a bus stop across the street. It's also right at the end of Sterling, so it only takes a few minutes to walk to Westdale, where there's a Shoppers, a Metro, a movie theatre and a Scotiabank and TD, amongst various other places to eat, shop, etc.
Asking price is $350/month for my basement room - including utilities. If need be, we can negotiate.
