“The biggest change that you will notice is that you no longer have to line up at your school’s financial aid office to get your OSAP loan document before each term, and then submit it to the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC). The other change you will notice is that once your completed application and MSFAA are submitted, funding will be deposited directly into your account once your school confirms your enrolment. For your second term funding, we only ask that you update your estimated income on your online OSAP account if it has changed.”

These are the steps:
Select a full time course load via SOLAR at the appropriate time for your program of study.
Confirm your Payment Agreement on MUGSI and reconfirm again in August so any OSAP/scholarship funding is accurately calculated.
Ensure that you select OSAP as a payment option on your Payment Agreement if you said YES to the redistribution of funds on the OSAP application.
The Office of Student Financial Aid & Scholarships will confirm your full-time enrolment with the NSLSC and OSAP at the beginning of the study period.

WHHAT!! First years will never know the pain of standing in line/ going a million and one times to check out how long the line is/ getting up early before the time starts, still to see a line

I wonder if the new Solar has eliminated the "fun" of trying to pick courses. If so, that'll be TWO things first years are missing out on. Oh the tragedy... |
