New athrec website
Athletics and Recreation has just released a new website at www.marauders.ca . The site is a combination of our old Sports website, our Recreation website, and colouryourpassion.ca. Although not fully complete, the majority of the site has been updated. Athletics and Recreation is a big supporter of Mac Insiders (as I'm sure you often see our ads on here!), and we want to know what you think about the new site. We would also like your input on if there are any things that are missing that you have seen on other university sites or professional athletic websites sites.

Where did the group classes go? When you click on the link it only goes to the cycling classes instead of the other classes such as the 20/20/20, cardio funk, zumba, bootcamp etc. Is that section not editted as yet on the new site?

Do you mean:
http://www.athrec.mcmaster.c a/inst...nal/index.htm?

There's a link "Instructional Classes", that basically leads to the older site.

Floorball = lower cost to students, especially those who are new to hockey (no need to buy a helmet), and has less conduct issues and injuries as a result of no contact or stick checking. We committed to piloting it over a few years and feedback has been very positive so far. We understand it's a change (and perhaps a disappointment) for some of our really intense floor hockey participants, but our program aims to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all, and Floorball is definitely looking like a better fit in this regard. Thanks for your feedback - we definitely want to know how people feel about it. For now, the pilot continues, and you won't see floor hockey on the website this year.

I've checked the older website and this new one and the new one is absolutely amazing compared to the older one.
