You should expect that with ANYTHING university related.

seriously, whoever gets their prescriptions filled out at Shoppers is getting ripped off, it's so much cheaper at independent pharmacies.
plus you're helping out a small business owner vs. a massive drug chain store

YAY Shoppers Optimum Points lol.

No but seriously, I used to have a Optimum Credit card and with paying for textbooks and everything I easily racked up 80$ worth of points for Shoppers.

I prefer small pharmacies. The one at MUSC knows me by name and are great with filling out my scrips, even in a rush before they close when I've needed them. I will still go to them vs Shoppers, but if they're closed, I'll go to Shoppers.

I feel like you're going to get a lot of people at Starbucks who sit there all day. I could be wrong because the only Starbucks I have any experience with is the one near Square One which is a very high traffic area and wasn't previously near any universities, but that's just my thoughts on it. I also have a feeling this could get annoying really fast if people save an entire table for 5 people at one time and you need to sit down. Could be wrong and if so, I'd love to hear more about the flow dynamics at Starbucks.
