News Worth Mentioning
Some items worth mentioning this week:
1) New window at Compass!
Compass, your one-stop place for information, tickets, bus passes and more now sports a brand new service window bring the total now to two windows that will be available to serve you from. Note also that additional student staff will be working during the school year so you can expect to have quicker assistance when at Compass (located in the Student Centre).
2) Union Market to Raise Prices
Union Market is planning on raising its prices soon. The amount that prices will be raised by is not yet certain. You can read more information on a sign posted near the checkout. Note that profits from Union Market help to fund the other MSU Services. Lets hope that the price of chocolate milk or bagels doesn't go up because those are clearly the best deals at Union! They will need to keep prices lower than La Piazza to stay competitive (though I don't see that being too hard).

Boo price rising! I saw that this morning when I went to get my morning choco milk that will no longer be $1.05.
And Compass' new window looks very nice. Mind you, the noise was bloody annoying!

That's why you buy ahead of time!
Compass is usually not very busy between 8AM and 10:15AM, 2PM and 5PM as well as from 8PM-9PM (during the school year).
