I'm not sure if you can take it outside of Kin (I think 1Y is for that, but they're the same either way), but its quite popular. I would have taken it if I could. There should be a course review on here.

I hear kin is heavy in terms of exams & tests.
As in you have a quiz every friday... so there's your thursday nights gone... your exams is worth like 60 % or something... so it's crazy.
But people seem to like it a lot.
With the classes you have though, I dunno... that's kinda crazy.

Another question:
Whats someone's opinion on Kinesiol. 1A03 as an elective? Is it a fairly "easy" course?
Kin 1Y03/1YY3 were definitetly easier compared to my other courses (chem bio math physics) but still a fair amount of work.
I found the weekly quizzes to be extremely helpful in that it forced us to review each week.
Even though the exam was worth 60%, it didn't feel like a lot of pressure and the exam was fair/doable.
The labs were A LOT easier compared to chem, bio, physics labs.
We just had to watch the TA (participated if you wanted to) and there were no marks associated with the actual lab (just the pre-lab quiz which was open-book).
Kin 1Y03/1YY3 were the most worthwhile courses I took in first year.
