Repetition of Courses: Students may repeat courses that have been failed or for which credit has been obtained a number of times

Does this mean that if I fail CHEM 1AO3 the first time I take it, then take it a second time and pass it, I can take it a third time in hopes of boosting my mark up further?

I believe you can only retake it if your second mark was below a certain point.

If it says so, then yes. I'd advise that you consult with people at your faculty office.
