Nutritional Info on Campus Food
Does anyone know if they have somewhere you can see the nutritional info on the food the serve? It's hard to follow a strict eating regimen without knowing

im doin a bio lab which also requires this info

this is all they provide... which isnt much:

I can't. I can guestimate most foods, but its nice to know exactly what's in it.

I don't know specifically about Mac foods but... try http://http://nutritiondata.self.co m/ it has helpful graphics and neat features like "fullness factor".

Your best bet would to just average out the values from other sources and just kinda guess the portion size that on-campus stuff gives you...
