Customer service? They have been pretty quick with email responses so far

Hey BD and all other people interested in going with Start,

You can read for some reviews on this site which I find in general has good information for Canadian ISP's :

Does Start have their own lines or do they use someone elses? Like Teksavvy uses Bell's lines but offers their own packages.

Ah okay, no wonder they offer different speeds for different postal codes since they use different ISP's lines.

Im using Acanac now. It's quite good since the usage is unlimited. me and my room mate watch movie and dramas a lot= =
u got discount for first year, and they are allowed to use dry loop if u dont have a phone line
I have been using it for 2years, everythings good so far.
I think its $40+tax for 1st yr, $50 somwthing after that. if u have more than two ppl sharing the internet, its a great choice.
