I'll be going into fourth year this september.
I'm a few credits short, so i'll be taking summer school and probably will be graduating in november 2016. (Fall convocation)

Am i still able to get my official transcript (including summer school marks) before that graduation date? I've heard that summer school marks are released as early as july for the term 1 courses.

I believe I got final marks for both spring courses before the end of June. So Summer marks should also be released within a week or two, so mid August.

You can get it with the marks after the term is done, but it won't have the graduation notation - if you want it to say that you graduated, you'll have to wait until after your ceremony. The exact dates used to be on the form and you could check off which ones you wanted, but I'm not sure if they still are.
