I need to order an official transcript.

When I went to office of registrar website,

It says It accepts mail, fax, or in person request form.

Can I fill up the form and send it to them via email?

If not, I have to drive there...but If it is possible to do via email, it will make my life much easier...

Not sure about whether they accept the forms by email but you could always call the Office of the Registrar and ask beforehand.. if not though, wouldn't mail be more convenient than driving to mac if it's far for you

If not, that still doesn't mean you'd have to drive there...mail is also an option.

I think you need to sign the request form though

maybe if you scanned it to them and sent it through email? I guess it depends what they allow..

I needed one at the beginning of the year, and I called to request. I did pick it up by hand, though.
