Would it be detrimental to me if I took chem 2OA3 in first term of second year and then chem 2OB3 in second term of third year?

I'm having a hard time figuring out my electives

as long as you talk to someone in 3rd year to find out what content specifically was covered and if there are any discrepancies between what you learned 2nd year (and also whether youre going to review your concepts) you should be fine

plus if youre studying fot the MCAT next summer & you do well in the orgo section you'll probs be fine bernard.... again just find someone taking 1OA3 in ur 3rd year (i know a girl coming from my HS into life sci so i could totally hook that up if you need it )

No. Unless you want to take Biochem 3G03 in 3rd year, in which case you'll need to apply for a waiver.

You'll probably forget a lot of stuff. There was a girl in my tutorial who had taken 2OA3 the summer before the school year, and then 2OB3 2nd term, and she was struggling because she didn't remember a lot from 2OA3.

You'll pick things back up. I did the same thing and did fine.

You can also take organic chemistry in summer school.
